This website is operated by Josette C Kratz Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Josette C Kratz Designs.

SHIPPING

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic U.S. orders!

International Shipping Disclaimer

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Delivery Timing

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email info@josetteckratz.com to verify your product availability. Josette C Kratz Designs does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Shipping Terms

Josette C Kratz Designs is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Josette C Kratz Designs cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We are} not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

It is very important to me that you will be happy with your new scarf.

We do our best to deliver items of the highest quality which have been carefully checked and well packed, by us personally.

Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural materials. Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

RETURN POLICIES

We offer refunds or exchanges for any reason within fourteen (14) of order delivery with the following exceptions:

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Returns without a proof of purchase cannot be processed. Purchases for resale will not be accepted for returns, regardless of dollar amount.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

All products must be unused and undamaged, with original tags still affixed to ensure a full credit. Washed or worn items cannot be returned.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer, and shipped via the carrier of your choice. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to insure delivery.

Original form of payment will be credited for your refund. If the item was a gift you will receive credit in the form of a Gift Certificate to be used on josetteckratzdesigns.com.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, we will create a return label for you at no cost. Once the item has been mailed we will ship a replacement.

We do not replace or refund items marked as "Delivered" by the postal service.

If you would like to exchange an item, we can create a return label for you and refund your initial order minus the cost of return shipping once it is received back. You will then be free to purchase your desired piece.

Once we receive your item, you will be notified on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

REFUNDS

If you have any questions on your return, refund or purchase, feel free to email info@josetteckratz.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 5-7 days.

We will be responsible only to confirm delivery to the provided address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to insure delivery. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer, and shipped via the carrier of your choice. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING (if you are signed up to receive our newsletter a code will be provided) on domestic U.S. orders!

We work hard to fill your orders in a timely fashion, and most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen. 
Please keep in mind that during SALE periods, this time can be a little longer. 

You will receive an email and tracking number at that time.

Domestic orders typically take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.

ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To find out if your order can be cancelled please contact us at info@josetteckratz.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We are unable to combine orders, change sizes, edit your billing or shipping details, or add items to an order once it has been placed.

Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the instructions for returning your purchase above.
